The organization will celebrate the initiative with three weeks of appreciation this year.

Reps Are Local Too has announced a new industry-wide initiative called “Share the Love” that is designed to celebrate the relationships that power the gift, home and lifestyle industry. The initiative features three dedicated appreciation weeks in 2026, inviting retailers, vendors and sales representatives to pause, reflect and recognize the partnerships that keep the industry connected.

“Our industry is built on relationships, trust and showing up for one another,” says Kelly P. Bristol, co-founder of Reps Are Local Too. “Share the Love is about intentionally celebrating the people behind the businesses. These weeks give us a reason to pause, express gratitude and reinforce the partnerships that keep our industry human, resilient and strong.”

Each of the dedicated appreciation weeks for Share the Love will recognize different segments of the gift, home and lifestyle industry. One week will celebrate retailers, another week recognizes vendors serving the industry and one week will be dedicated to sales reps that offer guidance and support.

Dedicated weeks of appreciation for the Share the Love initiative include:

  • Love My Retailers Week (Feb. 26-March 1)
  • Love My Vendors Week (May 4-10)
  • Love My Reps Week (Aug. 10-16)

Throughout each week, Reps Are Local Too plans to create and provide ready-to-use collateral for the industry, including social media assets, email graphics and messaging tools. Reps Are Local Too says these resources are designed to make it easy for retailers, vendors and reps to publicly share appreciation, spark conversations and strengthen relationships across the wholesale community.
