P. Graham Dunn has announced it has officially joined forces with Creative Brands, an industry leader in gift and inspirational products as of early November.
“As we work through the transition, there may be some unavoidable service interruptions, but we remain committed and prepared for exhaustive efforts to minimize any inconveniences,” the company stated in a letter to its customers. “Please rest assured that our team is here to support you every step of the way. We will keep you updated on developments and new offerings as we integrate our operations.”
The company says it will have a new catalog and order fulfillment in place by Jan. 1, 2025, with a keen eye on its fall releases, which will be filled with the beloved classics, as well as new innovations and diversified offerings across new categories.
“We are excited about this new chapter and look forward to continuing to serve you with enhanced capabilities. We are thrilled about the opportunities this acquisition presents and look forward to serving you even better in the future,” the letter concludes.
In September, Dalton, Ohio-based P. Graham Dunn sent a letter to the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services where it supplied official notice that it planned to lay off 92 employees at its facility as a result of the sale and that the terminations would be permanent.
On its website, Creative Brands says it has a team of energetic, fashion-driven product people who travel the world for unique products and bring the very best in color, trend, design & social consciousness to gift and home décor products.
“Creative Brands products are as diverse as the people buying them; delivering style and selection at attractive price points. Our pledge is to provide you the very best: the best products and designs at the best prices: on-trend and on-time,” the site says.
