Consumer products company, Strategic Retail Partners has announced an important strategic update regarding the future of Global Swibco. After careful consideration, SRP has decided to sell Global Swibco back to its original founder, Sanjay Srinivasan, effective immediately. This decision aligns with SRP's commitment to focusing resources on its core channels and accelerating the growth trajectory achieved in 2024. Global Swibco manufactures and distributes many merchandise categories including sunglasses, name programs, headwear, drinkware and apparel.
Sanjay Srinivasan, the founder of Global Swibco, played a key role in establishing the company as a recognized brand in the industry. His leadership was crucial in shaping Global Swibco’s culture, and SRP believes this transition will support the company's continued growth under his direction.
