Feb. 1, 2017

ToyFest West 2017 offers the biggest toy show west of the Mississippi on March 5-7, 2017, at the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa in Las Vegas, Nev., South Point Exhibit Hall, Sunday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Monday and Tuesday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

For buyers, this is a great opportunity to spend time with reps and vendors, learning about new products and programs in place for 2017.   Manufacturers will be offering terrific specials to help fill shelves with exciting new items in addition to tried and true sellers. Each purchase order written at the show qualifies as an entry to the daily raffle of cash prizes.

Attendees can spend Sunday evening meeting and greeting friends and colleagues at the WTHRA-hosted Annual Gala Dinner.  All show participants are welcome and encouraged to attend.  After cocktails and dinner, the event’s Retailer of the Year, Adventure Toys in Los Altos, Calif., will be recognized and Wayne Depaulo, Jan Fox, Irv Kipper and Barbara Lillich will be inducted into the WTHRA Hall of Fame. Monday night, buyers are invited to the very popular Game Night, where attendees can learn new games to demo in their stores while enjoying pizza and beverages.

Buyers are also invited to attend the annual seminar on Sunday morning before the show opens.  This year’s presenter, Heidi Butzine, is a best-selling author, marketing strategist and speaker, bringing together 25 years of career experience in business management and marketing.  Founder of ShopLocal.us, she helps raise consumer awareness about the importance of local businesses and helps small businesses with marketing strategies to attract their neighborhood customers.
