JAX, which is best known for Sequence, and Goliath Games, recently announced that Goliath has acquired JAX Ltd., Inc. JAX will continue to operate out of Plymouth, Minn. The Levine family will stay in their leadership roles with Cindy, Kreg, and Debbie Levine moving the company forward.
“Both of our companies share similar origins of using grassroots promotion to build games from the ground up. Globally, Sequence will be a great fit with our other evergreen titles such as Rummikub and Tri-ominos,” said Adi Golad, Goliath’s founder.
Goliath® was founded in 1980 and is one of the few remaining family-owned global toy and game companies. JAX®, was also founded in 1980 by legendary entrepreneur Zelman Levine.
