Special Edition Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy will Generate $1 of Each Purchase for a Good Cause
Aurora World, a global leader in plush toys and high-quality gift products, today announced a partnership with Support Our Troops®, an organization that annually provides millions of dollars’ worth of care goods and services to American service members and their families at hundreds of locations around the globe.
To help support this mission, Aurora World is launching a special edition Support Our Troops version of Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy. One dollar from every purchase of the Support Our Troops®Raggedy Ann and Andy will go to the organization.
An original Aurora World design, the 16-inch dolls are dressed in sailor hats embroidered with their names and sailor shirts featuring “Support Our Troops” along with a heart-shaped flag with a yellow ribbon. Hang tags will show the Support Our Troops logo and highlight the $1 donation.
This venture marks the first time that a Raggedy Ann or Raggedy Andy was created to directly support a cause and the first time that Aurora World is donating money directly from purchase to a partner charity.
