The Industry Is Gearing Up for the 24th Annual Party for Life
Taking place for the 24th consecutive year, Gift for Life’s main fundraiser, Party for Life, will take place Monday, February 1, at New York City’s Loeb Boathouse in Central Park. Coinciding with NY NOW®, The Market for Home, Gift + Lifestyle, guests will enjoy a lavish buffet and open bar, as well as live and silent auctions and dancing. Individual tickets are available for $125 and sponsorship packages are still available. This year’s honorees include Suzy Batiz, Howard Henschel and Arun Agarwal for their industry achievements.
Shuttles from the Javits Center will chauffer attendees to and from the event and guests will have the opportunity to bid on a number of items in a live and silent auction.
Kick off 2016 with Party on Peachtree in Atlanta
The second annual Party on Peachtree will take place Thursday, January 14, in conjunction with The Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market®. Last year, nearly $60,000 was raised for Gift for Life.
The 2nd annual event will be held in the former Macy’s building adjacent to the Mart. More than 2,000 people are expected to attend the event which is an effort among AmericasMart, Gift for Life and Young Gift Executives. This year’s event will raise money under the Gift for Life Umbrella to benefit DIFFA and Caminar Latino.
