Wild Florida Adventure Park has grown from airboat tours into a multi-experience destination in Kenansville, Florida, and its retail program has expanded right along with it. What began as a small shop in 2010 has evolved into a 2,500-square-foot main store and a 1,000-square-foot secondary shop, The Safari Store.

Souvenirs are a tangible way for guests to take home and remember animal encounters with the park’s capybara, sloth, lemur and porcupine.
Impulse Souvenirs’ Paty Williams, a national account manager, has provided personalized consultation and is invested in Wild Florida’s retail experiences. “She goes above and beyond to make suggestions, and she always steers us in the right direction,” Morgan says.
Built together

Morgan has visited Impulse Souvenirs’ headquarters in Kent, Washington, to better understand the company’s capabilities, while Williams has spent time on-site at the park.

Impulse’s wrap-around support includes a seamless end-to-end approach, Morgan describes. The process combines original artwork from an in-house creative design team with merchandising and sales support, so products are a success.

“We developed a Wild Florida logo charm magnet, which is our best-selling magnet in that category,” Morgan says. “Paty helped us design cool graphics for a hat program that consists of bucket hats and boonie (safari) hats with our Wild Florida logo, and those are also top sellers.”
Morgan leans into suggestions from Impulse Souvenirs, given the sales track record of their products and Williams’ industry experience.
“Through the partnership, we have expanded into import programs, learning how to plan assortments, manage lead times and build year-round inventory strategies,” she says. “Impulse helps guide decisions on materials, treatments and quantities, ensuring products arrive on time and perform at retail.”
