The Link Companies, a national sales agency specializing in the gift, home and lifestyle industries, has announced that it is expanding its NextGen Dallas showroom at Dallas Market Center. The company says this move reinforces its continued investment in major markets and its commitment to serving independent retailers.

With the expansion, NextGen Dallas will take over the former DEMDACO showroom space, located in Trade Mart (TM 1418), adding approximately 6,500 square feet of new showroom space. This expansion brings NextGen Dallas to a three-showroom footprint, totaling 27,000 square feet, now located in TM 1028, 1418 and 2040.

As part of this transition, brands previously displayed in TM 1030 will be relocated into the expanded showroom footprint, while the TM 1030 space will be closed to streamline the overall presentation and enhance the buyer experience.

The new TM 1418 showroom will feature key vendor partners, including Enesco and Regal Art & Gift, with additional line announcements to follow in the coming months.

“This expansion is a natural next step for NextGen Dallas as we continue to invest in the market and the relationships that drive it,” says Kim pounds, president of NextGen Dallas. “Buyers have long known us as ‘the showroom with the staircase,’ and now we’re able to build on that identity with a more cohesive, elevated experience across all three showrooms.”

To celebrate the expansion, NextGen Dallas will host a ribbon cutting ceremony during the upcoming June Total Home & Gift Market at Dallas Market Center. Retailers are invited to explore the expanded showroom spaces and connect with the Next Gen Dallas team across all three of its locations.

“This expansion and deeper investment in our marketplace builds upon the legacy of NextGen Dallas while signaling the strength and vision of The Link Companies,” says Cindy Morris, president and CEO of Dallas Market Center. “Together we are committed to enhancing the buyer experience as we welcome more retailers from the central and western U.S. to Dallas.”
