The Philadelphia Gift Show has concluded its 30th anniversary show, which took place Feb. 1-3 at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, Pennsylvania. Show organizers said the event delivered an energized marketplace experience, providing retailers with a mix of fresh products, emerging brands and on-trend merchandise across hundreds of categories.
Retail buyers came to the show from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland and Delaware to meet with vendors, discover new lines and place orders. Attendees represented a wide spectrum of industries, including apparel, home decor, gourmet food, garden and outdoor, jewelry, museums, spas, pharmacies, souvenir shops and specialty retailers.
Over 250 exhibitors showcased new products and trends, including established brand names and some first-time exhibitors. Some exhibitors also showcased Made-in-America merchandise or handcrafted products, which show organizers said was a focus this year with the U.S. celebrating its 250th birthday.
“This year we proudly highlighted an incredible range of Made in America brands — perfectly timed as the nation prepares to celebrate its 250th birthday in a city as historic as Philadelphia,” said Lisa Berry, group vice president at Clarion Events. “This edition truly showcases American creativity, and we’re thrilled retailers had the chance to experience so many exceptional homegrown products.”
Attendees benefited from several market amenities, such as a Philly cheesesteak luncheon, popcorn social and goodie bag giveaways. Show organizers also celebrated the event’s 30th birthday with cake and a champagne toast.
Philadelphia Gift Show organizers also presented awards to vendors, including:
- Best New Product: Briarwood Lane's Gazing Balls
- Best Booth: Green Mountain Linen
For the second year in a row, the Philadelphia Gift Show partnered with local charity, Marian’s Attic, an upscale resale shop in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, run by volunteers from Laurel House, a local domestic violence agency. Exhibitors were encouraged to donate booth items to help Marian’s Attic, such as books, toys and apparel.
The next edition of Philadelphia Gift Show will take place Jan. 31 – Feb. 2, 2027 at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center. Exhibitors and sponsors interested in participating at next year’s show can find out more at www.philadelphiagiftshow.com.
