The Smoky Mountain Gift Show hits a major milestone this week with its 60th anniversary. As one of the nation’s longest-running souvenir trade shows, the event is a popular destination for retailers seeking new products, trends and connections in the gift and souvenir industry.
Taking place Nov. 5-8 at the Gatlinburg Convention Center, the show will host over 500 exhibiting companies and lines across categories ranging from souvenirs and apparel to toys and Made in America products. Retailers can explore new offerings, connect with top suppliers and take advantage of exclusive buyer tours, including the Made in America Tour and the Zootique Tour, designed to highlight exhibitors and products and maximize their show experience.
Show organizers plan to celebrate the Smoky Mountain Gift Show’s 60th anniversary during the event. Attendees will receive special anniversary badge holders, enjoy daily birthday swag and cake cuttings, and participate in anniversary giveaways — including HuckleBeary, the official birthday bear, and limited-edition birthday T-shirts. Attendees are also invited to participate in a Birthday Bash at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 6 at Jason Aldean’s for an evening of music, networking and celebration.
This year, the show also introduces the Makers Market as a dedicated section for handmade artists. Retailers will find unique, locally crafted products in this new section.
Registration for the event is still open, and qualified buyers can register here to attend for free.
