The Gift & Home Trade Association (GHTA) has awarded its fourth annual Chad Corzine Gift & Home Young Executive of the Year Award to Nikki Creveling, owner of The Ritz Sisters, a Pacific Northwest rep group. The award is given in honor of Chad Corzine, who co-founded Young Gift Executives in 2014 and passed away in 2021. GHTA awards it to an individual who has a passion for the gift industry, passion for their business, leadership qualities and is under the age of 35.

Creveling received the award at the recent GHTA Conference at the Isle of Palms in Charleston, South Carolina. In her role at The Ritz Sisters, Creveling has helped to increase sales and lead a loyal team while also balancing a young family.

She has also led the way in supporting a commission-only team member with breast cancer. GHTA says Creveling has allowed this team member ample time off for healing and treatment while fully covering this rep’s client base and allowed her full commission while she’s been out. She also organized her team of reps to send this team member encouraging notes, care packages, phone calls, meals and more to help, according to GHTA.

“She is truly an example in this industry, and her can-do ways exemplify those of Chad Corzine,” says GHTA.
