A Remembrance – The Industry Loses Jim Ditzenberger

A  long-time veteran in the Rocky Mountain gift and souvenir industry passed away unexpectedly recently.  Jim Ditzenberger of Centennial, Colo., was an established and influential sales rep working with accounts in parts of Colorado and Wyoming for over 30 years. His death prompted an outpouring of sentiments from customers, some of whom had worked with him since they opened their stores years ago.  He had a reputation for excellent and professional customer service but especially for his kindness with everyone.

His career in sales spanned a lifetime. He had over 30 years’ service with Denver based Hiskey and Company and previously represented Foster Grant Sunglasses and Applause, Inc.  Jim was known and loved for his sense of humor and lived a life of integrity and loyal devotion to his faith and to his family, friends, and coworkers.

Jim is survived by his wife, Roxann, three sons and their families, and everyone who worked with him.
