Carving out a Niche for Success

There is always much to be learned from your retail industry colleagues, but also valuable are your own insights gleaned from years of experience and trial and error. Putting all of this knowledge into operating a store can put you on a path to success, and in each issue of Souvenirs, Gifts & Novelties (SGN) we attempt to add to your bank of knowledge so you have even more tools at your disposal.

The winter trade show season is upon us, and SGN’s staff members will attend all of the important events of the season, so look for us at Surf Expo, the New York and Philadelphia shows and at other gatherings. In this the last issue of 2015, we offer a special Surf Expo section to help you prepare for the event, as well as expanded trade show coverage.

This is also the second of two Profiles in Excellence issues of the year, and we offer over 30 pages of profiles.
