A star is bornEccleston first partnered with Tangico in 2021, during a time when sourcing custom souvenir product was anything but easy. Since then, the brand has become a staple across Boyne’s portfolio, now carried in seven resorts and 16 stores.
“It feels like I’ve worked with them forever, just because they’ve been such an easy partner to work with,” she says.

The product mix is broad, but a few categories consistently lead the charge. Leather coasters, wooden ornaments, and metallic stickers lead the way.
"The stickers are super fun and unique, a nice premium option, but very attainable,” Eccleston says.
 Tangico products easily build part of a merchandise story and encourage multiple purchases. That balance — distinctive yet broadly appealing — is what drives sell-through. “They have their own kind of look and style, but they appeal to such a giant mass audience,” she says. “Tangico is niche while still being a product everyone wants.”
The results speak for themselves. “We’re a consistent 10% to 20% growth with them year over year,” she notes for the brand. “This year we’re trending even higher.”

All-around effortlessEccleston appreciates the operational simplicity — from initial order to replenishment.
“The best part of my job is finding and getting to work with a brand that I don’t have to think about,” she says. “Set it and forget it.”
Low minimums allow her team to test new ideas without heavy risk.
In a business driven by weather and seasonality, quick reaction time is critical. “We can get replenishments back in before the next busy weekend," Eccleston says.
And when product arrives, it’s ready to sell. “We don’t have defects. Everything comes to us perfect, ready to sell in a really nice, premium, high-end decoration process. That is absolutely key when it comes to our logos.”
Built for growthEccleston points to Tangico’s collaborative approach as a defining strength. From responsive customer service to inclusive pricing structures, the partnership runs smoothly.
“It’s very straightforward — what we see is what we pay, and we know exactly how to price it for the customer,” she says. Looking ahead, the trajectory remains strong. “We see wonderful potential for them to continue to grow with us,” she says.
Ultimately, it comes down to delivering what matters most in resort retail: meaningful, lasting purchases. “We sell fun,” Eccleston says. “We want people to say, ‘This was my favorite ornament I bought last year.’ We want it to be their favorite, not the cheapest.”
