Kerusso, a leading name in Christian apparel and gifts, has appointed Rachel White as its new head of product and design.

With over 15 years of experience driving creative vision and product innovation in the gift, accessories and apparel industries, White brings a blend of design excellence and strategic leadership to Kerusso. Most recently serving as vice president of product development and design at The Clever Factory in Nashville, Tennessee, White led a team of over 50 people and directed the creation of multi-category product lines that reached millions of people.

White’s career also includes impactful roles at Horizon Group USA and DCWV Inc., where she played a key role in transforming product lines and delivering sustained growth in dynamic, high-volume environments.

“Rachel’s exceptional experience in consumer product development, combined with her passion for purpose-driven work, makes her a perfect fit for Kerusso,” says Vic Kennett, founder and CEO of Kerusso. “Her leadership will help us continue to evolve, innovate and deliver high-quality, faith-forward products that change lives.”

As head of product and design, White will oversee all aspects of product strategy and design execution for Kerusso’s expansive line of Christian T-shirts, gifts, drinkware, journals and accessories. The company says her vision aligns with its mission: Proclaiming the Good News through products about Jesus.

“I am incredibly excited to join the Kerusso team and be part of a company that is making such a meaningful impact,” White says. “I look forward to contributing to the mission and working alongside such a passionate and talented group of people.”
