Dallas Apparel & Accessories Market to debut new looks for 2024

The late October marketplace helps retailers discover trending items and new collections from contemporary brands.

The debut of 2024 collections, the addition of trending merchandise and the in-person connection with the community of fashion retailers will mark the final apparel and accessories show of the year in Dallas. The top apparel and accessories marketplace in the U.S. will welcome buyers from coast to coast for the Dallas Apparel & Accessories Market and KidsWorld events Oct. 24-27 to discover what’s new for the upcoming season.

“Only in Dallas will retailers discover the top trending items and new collections from contemporary brands,” says Cindy Morris, president and CEO of Dallas Market Center. “As we look ahead into 2024, our exhibitors will be presenting a colorful and directional new season of products to help retailers thrive.”

The Goods, a showroom and trade experience on the 10th floor of the World Trade Center (WTC), will showcase dozens of elevated brands presenting their collections across all product categories, including apparel, accessories, footwear, gift, home decor and western. Stand out brands for October include Aila Blue, Capittana, Ipanema, Jeffrey Campbell, Lover’s Tempo, Melissa Shoes, Missoni Home, Pera Lima, Place Nationale, Raffaella Rossi, Rays for Days, Relyt, Richter Goods, Simone The Label, Sunski, The Walk Room, Winston White and more. Events include:

  • RELYT Tea Bar (8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Oct. 24-26)
  • Live Chainstitching by Lunchroom Anxiety (11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Oct. 24-26)
  • Marfa Spirit Co. Happy Hour (3 - 6 p.m. Oct. 24-25)
  • Happy Hour Featuring Specialty Cocktails (4 - 6 p.m. Oct. 24-25)

Attendees can also join Reed Allen Robertson, personal shopper with Highland Park Village, to talk all things retail with Hillary France of Brand Assembly, Alex Bratton of Julian Gold and Darcie Reeping of Apricot Lane at 2 p.m. Oct. 25 in WTC 10 – Atrium. These industry professionals will discuss the hottest trends of 2023, what they anticipate for 2024 and an inside scoop in market and sourcing tips.

All buyers are also invited to check out Tropical Escape: A Contemporary Trend Fashion Show at 6:15 p.m. Oct. 24 in WTC 1 – Atrium to see new fashion items that can be found at market in showrooms and temporaries.

To support new buyers, Dallas Market Center offers a daily new buyer orientation. The market’s New Buyer Scoop takes place at 9 a.m. on the first floor of WTC to provide new buyers with tips and tricks.

The Dallas Apparel & Accessories Market will offer apparel, footwear and accessories on multiple floors merchandised into easy-to-navigate neighborhoods of collections. On the 15th floor, attendees will see new additions in permanent showrooms, including Agua Bendita (in UnCommon Fashion, WTC 15656), Project Adamo (in D’elementstyle, WTC 15933), Shan (in Brad Hughes, WTC 15547), Sohana (in Brad Hughes, WTC 15547), Briton Court (in Brad Hughes, WTC 15547), OUI (in Eurostyle Fashion Group, WTC 15395), Rivet Utility (in Scott Harner & Co., WTC 15343), Judith & Charles (in Reeves & Co, WTC 15325) and Desigual (in Lynn Girard Showroom, WTC 15785).

The 13th and 14th floors continue to add and expand permanent showrooms as well. For October, additions include Inspire Designs (WTC 13232), Properly Marked (WTC 13828), Short Go (WTC 14090) and an expanded Martha Geis (WTC 13844).

According to Dallas Market Center, footwear is a category enjoying growth in Dallas, and its location on the 10th floor allows for a greater number of brands to be featured. New and noteworthy for October are Berness Footwear, D’Amelio Footwear, Ethan Valdes Barcelona, Rangoni America and Seychelles Footwear.
