Tri-Five Holdings is known for its College House and Lighthouse brands.Artisans Inc., a supplier of custom-decorated apparel and accessories for destination resort, collegiate and conservation markets, has acquired Tri-Five Holdings of Lexington, Kentucky. Tri-Five Holdings is known for its College House and Lighthouse brands as well as its support for the Advertising Specialty Institute. “We are so pleased to welcome Tri-Five to the Artisans’ family,” says Kyle Foster, CEO of Artisans. “Tri Five brings an experienced management team, a strong manufacturing base, seasoned sales reps, great art and a focus on quality and deliveries to the collegiate and resort markets.” Based in Lexington, Kentucky, Tri-Five has grown its presence since it began operations almost a decade ago. Foster says all 65 of Tri-Five’s employees now work for Artisans, which will now have a total of 155 employees. “We’ve come to know the leadership team of Tri-Five for over a year now, and with our new fiscal year starting Oct. 1, the timing was appropriate for the acquisition,” Foster adds. Tri-Five President Brandon Everman says, “We are thrilled to join forces with Artisans. This blending of our businesses provides both entities with a broader stable of exceptional products and artwork. Our sales rep footprint will also grow substantially. We are also excited that all of our employees will have the opportunity to become employee owners of Artisans.” Headquartered in Glen Flora, Wisconsin, Artisans Inc. was founded in 1963 and has been a 100% employee-owned company since 2017. |
