Reynold’s 11-year tenure with Fiesta has seen her progress from an entry-level employee to vice president of sales, where she has demonstrated outstanding performance in sales, as well as a keen knowledge of product development, day-to-day operations, and systems integration. She has gained the respect of her colleagues for her integrity, decision-making abilities, and team-player attitude.
Reynolds is looking forward to continuing to strive to bring Fiestas Values into the industry; Quality, Value and Service, while looking to expand Fiestas reach to meet customers’ needs.
Wanamaker has also risen through the ranks during his eight years in sales with Fiesta, where his efforts have resulted in his rise from sales associate, to director of sales and now executive vice president. Wanamaker has built an exceptional reputation in the industry among Fiesta’s reps and customers. His analytical and people skills have helped bring Fiesta to the next level.
Reynolds’ and Wanamaker’s new responsibilities will be focused on the coordination, development, and implementation of processes necessary to ensure the successful launch of Fiesta products in the marketplace. Their continued goal is to set industry standards by exhibiting the highest regard for Fiesta’s customers, vendors, and employees.
“We are excited to have Coral and Jason leading our management team. Their knowledge and understanding of the industry and most importantly, our customers’ needs, has been and will continue to be a huge asset to Fiesta and its continued growth,” said Michael Lauber, outgoing president who has been with Fiesta for 20 years.
Michael Lauber, an expert in the industry, will still assist where his expertise is needed and continue to mentor and guide both Reynolds and Wanamaker in their journeys. The Fiesta family is excited for the opportunities and growth that are on the horizon and will continue to strive to be a trusted partner for its customers, sales reps, and industry friends.
